Finally, the first week of school is over, I can relax for a day or two! I can do fun stuff again!

For a moment I thought it'd end up looking great, but then I did the background, and said goodbye to my dreams of an actually good drawing ;w;

Contest! (Amy and Gingerhog / Lolita Cream)Hello, everyone! I guess it's time for me to host a contest. I've been wanting to do one for a while now, but now that I've reached 200 watchers, I guess it could work!
Right, so there are two themes you can choose from:
Theme A) You must draw Baker Amy Rose and Gingerbread Sonic/Sonic the Gingerhog.
References: The first image is the most recent one, so use Amy's appearance in that one for your entry.
Theme B) You must draw Cream with the dress I made for her.

" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="574" title="I am a dummy!"/>I really like her hairstyle, and her dress. Her shoes are pretty too, and I like her eyeshadow. I also think how her bracelets look sort of like brushed metal is really nice!*o*
So about the background, well, I think it looks great! But I think you could try doing the background before you shade, because, that way you have a proper light source, and it's easier to pick the colours that you want to shade with!;w; She doesn't really look like she's standing on the ground because of that.<img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/a/a…" width="19" height="19" alt="
" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="417" title="Sweating a little..."/>Also..you could try making the background darker and the stars brighter to make it look more like the night. (Maybe you could duplicate the stars layer and blur the first stars layer?;3;)
And also her feet look sort of uneven—but I see that a lot with a lot of Sonic artists, so I think you should try referencing from real feet so they look more like feet!c:
